...4, 3, 2, 1

...its a backward count, just in case you are wondering what that means in the title space. And with that, my mind has already started working on the things I want to PLAN for the next year. Isn't planning the best thing to do...so here goes my list for the 2009! In other words, my new year resolutions as of today (and the list will keep increasing...)
1. Sponsor a child for education and food and living for sure. Grow up with him/her.
2. Dig deeper into the mythologies around Garhwal and do something more concrete than just reading.
3. This follows the second point - attend the Nanda Jat yatra - even if it is for 2 days.
4. Click more of garhwal than I have in the recent times - with a purpose.
5. Visit Ladakh for sure this year (either Nanda Jat or Ladakh that is)
6. Listen to more of Top 40 chart songs... :) no..haven't gone crazy...just a resolution. A silly one.
7. Kerala backwaters/Italy - either of the two!
8. Grow my hair until my waist. :)

Stop....that's all until 27th Dec...I know the list will be a 100 by the time 1st Jan comes for me. Quite a task in hand in 2009...no? :) I love it.

Clicking Garhwal sounds like a great idea - will look forward to thoe shots. What is the Nanda Jat route? Is it as strenous as Gangotri/Kedarnath?
