....What happens when you buy a camera so passionately and an additional lens to click zoomed images and just when you are at your 8th or 9th click, someone comes and tells you that your lens broke!!!!!
Don't ask me how I reacted.
Don't even ask me how it broke. Just that it gave me ONE sleepless night.
Here is a promise - I shall never never ever ever leave my camera/lens unattended. For the first time, I hate the fact that I lost something that I bought so recently. I made a promise - late but I did...I will not be careless with any of my stuff anymore.
And the lens - I shall buy it again the next time I have an off.

Ouch..that hurts i know..which one broke :(
I was trying reverse macro and my lens slipped and fell down. It didnt BREAk but is damaged

In a burglary in my house in June 2006, my entire photo gear (collected over previous 10 years), was stolen. Fortunately, it was recovered by the police. I can understand how you feel.
