Soul Angel...

And my reason to smile today.....She has a name as beautiful as she herself is....अभिलाषा ....जैसे सच में किसी की अभिलाषा हो...
For about 17 years, I saw her beside me everyday...guiding me like my soul angel, supporting me in whatever I did, motivating me, loving me, being there with me through thick and thin। She calls me 'Carnivorous' - a name she gave me years ago when I was in school. Whenever I asked her why do you call me that॥and pat would come her reply 'Coz you remind me of them...you could eat anyone when you are at your worst. Till today, whenever I loose it, I remember her words...'Carnivorous'...we shared the same room for a long time before we had our own bedrooms in the house...her room was always so beautiful..and she would make an effort to keep mine clean and beautiful too. I would copy her...whether it was sticking posters on the wall or pasting cards of friends on the walls or those collages...there was a sense of togetherness in whatever we did.
Four years elder to me, I never called her didi. It was always 'Tony this..tony that...tony give me this..tony i need that...however, 4-5 months back..for the first time, I wrote a message to her and wrote 'Di - am glad I have you for my sister'. She wrote back saying 'monu, I love you - you are my inspiration and strength'.
I always had people around me telling me..is she your younger sister. Lolz... still hear the same thing. Pretty, fragile, fair, angelic, with beautiful big eyes...and the most beautiful smile in this world...opposite in nature...calm, serene, mature, dignified, sensitive and what not...this one...who else has to be my elder sister - Abhilasha (Tony).
P.S: This ain't the best of her shots...just the one I managed to click 2 months back in the car....somehow I have to click her this summer when she is here in Delhi.
