Property in NCR

..In the last 4 chuttis that I took – I went looking for decent apartments around the whole of NCR – bhiwadi, faridabad, indirapuram, gaziabad, and greater noida. I guess the best bet is Faridabad if you want 2bhk/3bhk @ 20 lakhs to 30 lakhs. Bhiwadi and gaziabad has the same price..only greater noida has steep prices. Of the few that I liked were ashiana group (the one at indirapuram is pretty neat), Niho, Piyush heights, savanna, BPTP (an 1100 acres township to be made in Faridabad that has villas, duplex etc at reasonable prices). The one that took my breath away was “Mansionz’ in sohna road, bang opposite Malibu towne (wow, what mansions – the whole area is so neat, you don’t wanna’ come out of it)..one mansion costs about 1 crore 60 lakhs…pretty neat…the rent is about 50k….made in scottish style, they have a very good feel! Faridabad, sector 88 & 89 are good and will be well connected to Noida & Delhi with the expressway which will be made in next two years…HUDA has cut sectors and after Gurgaon, it is this place that will see the growth in residential sectors…so much for the property update – any further query, please contact me – I think I have done a neat survey of all the areas.
