WU As Usual

...if you are not a regular visitor on my blog WU stands for 'Weekend Update'.

My posts have started getting monotonous for quite sometime. Simply striking the keyboard to give everybody an update on what happened isn't what I call creativity. I hate monotony and anything that is a routine, except ofcourse some things. But what the heck - I will still go ahead and update the blog. As usual, I shopped on the weekend (this time Arjun Marg!). I bought some silk curtains - bright colors...purples and blues...

As usual we slept in the wee hours of saturday morning.

As usual we shopped to our satisfaction.

As usual we had out share of arguements.

(We here is me, sonu and shalu - the terrific trio).

As usual the hubbies got bugged.

As usual we had our share of gossip rounds, touching upon personal aspects of our lives.

Isn't everything so god damn boring? But hang on, in the middle of last week, I craved to write something and here it is...

Shadows of the past,
Flash in seconds,

Forever beating hearts,
Listen to unchained melodies.

The turn of the wheel,
Distinctly change the laws

With the slightest of tremor
In the mind and the soul,

Small little blissful moments,
Nothing but a haunting memory today.

Stiffness in the thoughts
With that fearful knock of the past.

a hero becoming a villain,
A villain turning into a hero.
