....all that planning on names did go waste as the culture-pom mix, with a black mouth and brown fur, 3 months old, already had a name. Interesting though - Domchee!!!
The most excited of all seems to be my little angel - playing around calling her domchee, all the time. The little creature surprisingly only barks at her and is playful with her all the time. Small little barks, my daughter's constant shouting out of excitement, and all the running around in the house makes me wonder if at all it was a good idea to think of a pet. Till the time my bro and karma are with us, I guess this is going to be a routine now. ALl in all, she is a cute breed - not a pocket dog as mentioned earlier - but somehow until she sheds off her black coating of hair, she will not look as attractive as I would want her to...her mouth is very cute..black...and she is tiny and fragile.
Movie reviews? I saw both Metro and Spidey 3 - while Spidey was more for my daughter and was average, as compared to the last sequel...with sandman and that black spiderman, there sure was a newness...but did not carry the weight it should have been.
Metro - some of the songs are nice...(that band is definitely good...minus pritam's look...wild and irritating.) Among all, I liked 'hai tujhe bhi ijajat, kar le' and "o meri jaan'...quite good and good picturization too. The storyline - few hard hitting facts, very good acting by Irfan Khan - god, he is so funny and dumb in this movie..and the way he has acted is worth an applaud...shiney as usual is good and his best, never knew shilpa had such a wonderful navel, dharmendra was on shy bride act-a-alike and nafisa was flamboyount in her own ways...though I did not think they needed to the last scene before she dies (guess the director wanted some masala), that new guy who was a BPO manager acted very well too. Am sure, if not all, some bit is transpired by the real gross reality of the corporate world...laying down perhaps has become the fashion statement for all...anyway, net net a good attempt at tying small small threads together and well-connected stories. Recommend it for one time viewing.
Dog, movies and now the hairdo...I have got a weird hair cut done from finesse and I already hate it so much...that I wish I had never gone there at the first place....until they grow again, gel jindabaad....

The best song in Metro is Rishtey - "Ek chat ke tale, ajnabee bun jaate hain rishtey, bistar pe chaadaron se chup so jaate hain rishtey" The the BPO manager is KK. He played Amitabh's elder son in Sarkar & is the crazy dancer in Honeymoon Travels.
When will you stop mistreating your hair? Just becoz God has gifted you with such wonderful hair, you have to go ahead & fool around with them.
I beg to differ anonymous - I liked "kar le tu bhi" the best if you go with the flow of the movie. Wasn't talking about the manager, but about the junior with the keys..he acted pretty well..kinda like him.
Hair..u r right, I completely mistreated it this time...
