Rainy Sunday

A different sunday morning altogether and here is why:

1. 6.00 am: I hit the gym almost after 3 years. 20 Mins, 130 calories at a speed of 5-6.
2. 6.30 am: I watch Manish play squash, almost after a year, for the first time. Plays well..
3. 7 am: Manish asks if I want to go to farmlands ahead in the greater Noida expressway. It was raining and I was superexcited. A drive in the rains early morning - nothing like it. And so off we went, ofcourse with the little brat.
4. And no, he did not drive. Instead, he jogged. And we followed him - stopping in between for some frames for photography. :-)
5. beautiful stretch and lovely farms - not towards Gk Noida but towards the right side of it...I did not know there was so much of wilderness in Noida too.
Over to the pictures now...

Moi and Mishi start off on that road ahead...

It was raining - loved it.

Could not resist stopping the car and capturing this pink bunch...

Manish on the run...

In no time, he was ahead of us...there he is...we had stopped to click pictures ofcourse...

Mishi enjoying the rain and songs that played...

I loved the solitude in that stretch.

...and the flowers alongside the road..
Mishi, after the drive...hoping for the rain to come again....

To Sarah - With Love...

This one was effortless photography - the little one, my niece SARAH, gave me poses on her own and classy ones...I wanted to wait until today to capture her but when she started giving those adorables poses holding the window of one of my bedrooms, I just ran and got hold of my camera.....I will spend some time clicking her pictures today as well outside...until then, here are some of those moments...

the balancing act was perfect...

The Zoo...

Mili - going pink in the heat of the day....and sleepy...verrrryyy....lolz.
Okay...this one was an exception because Mili was amazed to see them...so thought of capturing and keeping for records for her.

I actually waited for her to do this...a lot of times when she did...the bubbles did not form as much....but like they say, patience pays...it did.

The little boy on the left was a part of this nice looking family...but somehow saw him drifting all the time, until it was so evident and playing on my mind that i decided to click.
Check out the flickr page for some more pictures.
