Scenario 1
He = Sorry my battery died and so got disconnected.
She = No worries.
He = Thanks. You are sweet.
Scenario 2
She = Listen, I apologize for going weak today.
He = Don’t be. I wanted it that way too.
She = Why?
He = Just like that. Because you are sweet.
Scenario 3
He = Sweetness, I think its time.
She = For?
He = For us to go our own ways. For everyone’s good.
She = Hmmm….sure. Good bye.
He = Thanks. You’re a sweetheart.
You don't think such scenarios exist? Well, I do. I can vouch for them.
and before I come to an end..just one more line that I always say to everyone that i know - am not Sweet. I am just plain selfish.

Me too..im selfish :)
~sharanya
Are'nt we all?? We are always selfish when it comes to our immediate surroundings - family, friends, job, material & emotional wants. I feel that this is the only common thread that runs through everything that we do in our lives.
It is good to be so. SELFISH.
I COME BEFORE ANYONE ELSE.
Yes,we are all selfish. Its an ingrained physiological need and trait.
Just increase your circle of selfishness to include all, if you really want to.
On a random note: Have you ever thought about the words "I", "me" and "my". Somewhere we are not really all that selfish, just a little disconnected.
Sharanya - each one of us is. :)
Anonymous, yeah right. If I am happy, I will make others happy too.
Anonymous 2 - somehow my blog comments are getting more of anony's these days...:) and so very well said 'increase your circle of selfishness to include all...very well said..will act upon it.
am happy f/ you kiddo ;)
Now this anony am familiar with. Riju, time you wrote or called me.
A red rose is not selfish because it wants to be a red rose. It would be horribly selfish if it wanted all the other flowers in the garden to be both red and roses.....be your best-rest comes easy
Ok...regarding your scenarios-because they never happened to me doesn't mean that they don't exist...but need to delve deeper into the scenarios-what they convey becomes clearer once the whole scenario is put together
sanju..you say everything so easy...beautiful way of expression I must say...scenarios..trust me they exist...:)
