To Do List of its kind...

My last post got a little heavier than I expected it to be. See, expectations rule the world. I actually don’t like myself for writing that post. And I want to make up for it.

People relate to thoughts the way they see them, which is fair..sometimes you don’t realize that the way you see things and read them is so different from how the other person reads it. That’s called perspective. What plays on your mind the most gets related to what you see or read. I have encountered that myself very many times. Okay…so like I said…I want to make up for it…here goes a post am glad to cherish here. I am sure it touches your heart somewhere too, like it touched mine. All ye fellas in love – god bless. At the cost of not repeating myself, any idea/thought with resemblance to any real life….and you know what I mean. Cheers.

Before I begin, a toast: You have not truly lived your life until you live the depth of it with someone you love! Live it and feel it. While you would have done so much, there is always room for more in love...
To Do List of a KIND:

Be your best friend.
Get caught with you in the rain.
Dance with you in the rain.
Stargaze on a clear night.
Watch the sunset together.

Have you see the error of your ways from aforementioned heated debate and make up to it in my own ways.
Carve our names into a tree/table.
Paint with you.
Go for a walk at dusk together.
Be one with you.
Spend all night thinking of 101 sweet things to do for you and with youHold you and gaze into your eyes and realize how much I love you and tell you.
Blindfold you and take you somewhere romantic.
Hear your heartbeat.

Envelop you in my soul.
Cook your favorite meal/meals.
Drink that first cup of tea with you.
Look at the first ray of sun together and the last one.
Make a house in the sand together.
Write your name on the sand.
Whisper to you in the middle of the night.
Get drunk and sloshed with you.
Drive to an unknown land with you.
Shout your name across valleys, in mist and fog. (!!)
Cuddle up to you in cold and shiver.
Get wet in rain with you again and again.
Run with you to a mountain top. And on a beach side.
Gaze at you and let eyes do the talking.
Know you better than you know yourself.
Plant a tree in a yard together.
Dedicate a song for you in the middle of the crowd on a stage.
Look over at you during an office/military/family/friendly party and have you know without me saying a word - that I love you.
Say 'I love you' in 89 different ways - in 89 different countries, 89 times.
Hold you when you're at your saddest and comfort you when you need it the most.
Be the one you come to for that comfort and holding.
Wipe away the days' stresses and issues, with just one hug.
Go to an orphanage with you.
Picture capture you away to glory.
Write a book on you. (!!)
Write a poem for you.
Make a poster for you out of your pictures. (!!)
Surprise you with what you never expect.
Teach you what you know the best.
Count the wrinkles on your face.
Give you a rose every day.
Count the salt and pepper on your hair.
Go to all the places we would have visited over and over again.
Grow old with you.

Concluding: Even if a day should go by when I don't say "I Love You" May there never be a moment go by without you knowing that I do. Amen.

As I have always said. Love is an over-rated, super-glorified good-for-nothing concept.

Amen. Amen. Amen. I love you for writing this post :) Simply fabulous! You are turning me into a big big fan of your writing... ;)

And Mr. Anony... I hate you for saying such a stone-hearted sentence after such a sweet and touching post!

One more thought crosses my mind as i go thru the lines.. its too good to be true ,wish things happened that way forever but nthning is everlasting ..yeah it starts like that and take its own turn with time and we ends up with the same deadened mundane, each one of us...!!

1. How did you assume that you would be correct in addressing me as MR. Annoy?
2. Individual thoughts are a reflection of our experience in life. I hope n pray that you never get to experience something that will change your mindset about love.
3. I still maintain - Love is an over-rated, super-glorified good-for-nothing concept.

Mr/Ms Anony

1. When I said MR Anony...I was not trying to be gender-biased
2. How did you assume that you would be correct in saying that you are the only 'oh-so-hurt' person on this planet... and I don't really care what you think of this issue..but please don't try to impose your thinking on others. Let them feel good about their life if they have reasons to! You can keep your pains to yourself.
I also still maintain - It is a wonderful and a very touching post!

Ms. Sakshi

When did I ever try & impose my thinking on others? Trying to do that is the root cause of most of our problems.

You have the right to express your opinion. I have a right to express mine. If you feel that expressing opinions is an imposition, then what can I say?
Only the author of this blog can take that away from either of us. So Chill. & be happy in your fairy-tale world.

Sakshi said...

Yes...sure you have the right to express your opinions... and I can't and am not even attempting to change yours. But it can be disheartening for someone who made an effort in writing something like this and getting that comment in reply... But then comments are meant to be that...so I agree!

And yeah...I am happy in my tale of life... whether its fairy or sad.. depends on me. And I never let someone else or any experiences ruin it.. they can only better it!

Cheers and be happy :)

And I know of so many people, who could come back to you and say.. oh get real Mon !!!

don't listen to them, OK !!!!

this post is just right !!!!!!!!!!!

let the losers be !!!

Om is on the same trip as Sakshi. No one is saying anything about the author's post being right or worng. All one is posting is his/her comments on the thoughts posted by the author. Why have comment Om if people do not hae the freedom to express themselves freely?

~ ॐ ~ said...

It can be a never ending debate I think...

Everyone is expressing here, aren't they :)

Mon, Me, Sakshi, Anony ( not even sure how many people are there as anonymous, one or two or more)

About the post being right or wrong... why is that needed? this is not a question which has been answered, and has to be given points :) its a thought.. like or not like it... write about it, or ignore it.. where does a need to attach right or wrong come here?

oh, and if any of the anonymous people have a thought to share, I would really request do that with a name... its easier to talk to people that way :)
