Thank Yousss!!!

...chutti was good fun. Three of us watched "OSO', followed by a good lunch. Did mall hopping and shopping...when we were tired, we came home. The previous night, Manish landed home at 12.00 from Mumbai...woke me up very gently, wished me and got me a nice chocolate truffle cake from the Park. My little baby wished me and gave me enough love to long for this lifetime.
Until 12 in the afternoon, I kept attending various calls and messages. It is so nice to see everyone wishing you in their own style. Day doesn't begin without dad and ma's blessings. Infact I spoke to both of them separately twice. Ma sang 'tum jiyo hazaron saal' for me, dad in law wished me early in the morning (he is an adorable one - he made chicken for me...too bad I couldn't go and meet him that day)...Kartike (from US) played the happy birthday song on his keyboard for me and later dedicated "jara Jara' to me as his gift to me. I absolutely loved it, man. When I was leaving for the movie, there was a courier for me...I came out thinking it was from the Doc (because he had called earlier in the morning to tell me about it.) but a beautiful bouquet was waiting - white and pink carnesans....a lovely candle and a dress (skirt and top) - needless to say who could this be. My one and only Super Duper Divsy. She also sent a beautiful poem...divsy still trying to understand what it meant...thanks babe, you never fail to surprise me....I feel proud to call you my best human!
There was another beautiful card from Sakshi - thanks...you are lovely! Riju, thanks for spending so much time talking to me yesterday...been my pleasure knowing you and loving you and will always be. You do me proud in more ways than one....
JLO & Awaargi, our dhamaal will happen tonight but lovely receiving your wishes...like always...and i don't need to thank you. Om, thanks for your email and message..it surpised me and I felt good. Shruti, thanks adroable. I will catch up with ya soon. Sam, your call was a pleasant surprise...loved it..thanks! Next time, we gotta catch up..and no empathy!
Varun...ahem...you made my day...unexpected..but loved the way you talk...thanks...anshuman and rekha, thanks...was a pleasure...Ambi your wishes from london reached me. Sunny, thanks for calling me...you have never forgotten in 4 years to do that. Dimple, quite a surprise and thanks so much. Appreciate it. (She is my ex boss, now in the US, actually called me and spoke to me for a good time. Ahem!!) Gaurav, thanks for your wishes from Bangalore. :-) Arpan, thanks but no thanks.
(I don't want to thank my sis and bro and their spouses..or bhabhi and bhai....they better wish me all the time. Office folks - well, I thanked them already in person and rest of them on emails and messages.
Sir...my music sir..i have to tell you this..he actually called me and wished me..i asked him how did he know and he said u had it written on the form. He said he owes me a birthday tea...and so I shall go to his place someday and have that. Thanks a lot sir. Music sure builds up relationships. Anony, thanks for your wishes. I know who could you be.
The usual list had many more entrants...and oh yeah...not among the list ...well...Sid..you gotta give me an explanation for this..you can't afford to miss my day. And hmmmm....not to miss you...don't know if it was purposely or whatever...I waited.
Thanks people - you keep me going.

I could be:
1. The air that you breath.
2. The water that you drink.
3. The food that you eat.
4. The clothes that you wear.
5. The thoughts that you think.
6. The RFP that you work on.
7. The prayer that you pray.
8. The friend that you count on.
9. I COULD BE ANYTHING.

As I mentioned. I could be the stranger sitting in the cubicle next to yours. Does it really matter?

No, it doesn't matter. And I hope it never matters.
