Dating hollywood star's girfriend...

If there is one good thing I ask you to tell me about you, what would that be? Just one and any one good thing about yourself?

let me tell you about a recent conversation that I had with someone who boasts of owning a merc and a bunglow from where you can see trees (!) and living in LA all his life and heading multiple companies and whatever more and oh yeah very fond of peacocks..

Me: Alright enough of you and your possessions in life...I am not interested in knowing what you own and I can not hear it anymore - if you can ...just tell me one good thing about you.

X = One good thing..okay...I have dated hollywood star '......''s girlfriend for quite sometime, if you know what I mean.

Me = Is that what you think is one GOOD thing about you?

X = Yeah ofcourse...not everybody has that luck. Not everyone can boast of things - I can because I have them or have done them...

Me = Interesting...and at the same time all crap for me.

There wasn't much I could have spoken after that. But I made sure I told him what I felt about the kind of person that he was. Why do I get to talk to such people in the first place. There was a moment when I really felt like sorting him out. But then, who has the time. Besides, everyone has their own life and therefore their own way of leading it too. Maybe that's the way he has been.

Dush, grow up.

...a day of 2009!

...can you sit like from 6 in the morning to 5 pm in the evening on one chair or sofa with obviously laptop in front of you and your mobile and dc alongside - without even brushing your teeth (!!!) or doing the other daily chores of life? At 9 am, you get your plate of the breakfast which obviously goes cold because you ahven;t touched it for half an hour before you get a shout if that needs to be warmed again. You realize you are hungry and then you finally eat. At 2 in the noon, you get another plate of lunch and salads...which you eat on time just to avoid looking like a work maniac! You ain't one, anyway - its just the regular office work that keeps you busy.

What are you doing? You are glued to the laptop..your eyes browsing through the numerous emails...replying to them, calling people, chatting a bit, taking the status update, trying to figure out what needs to be done, skipping things and piling them up for another day, sometimes never really completeing them and hence getting a thrash from your boss. Isn't that something that we all end up doing. I am not perfect. I am not even close to being perfect. Infact, over the years, I have realized that I am one of the most laziest person on this earth, who wouldn't mind getting up from one place until few ..actually many hours have passed by. Am I guilty. Sometimes yes, when I am told that. At all other times, I conveniently try to forget the fact. Why do we always wait for people to tell us what we are or how we have been behaving and then get embarrassed? I guess, we don't like to point our finger towards ourselves...its easier pointed out at someone else..no..?

That was one boring day - Finally fresh after a shower - writing this - and smiling! Because I know am going to be utmost raw in writing now.
